14 days, no argument

If the full report was not worth what you paid, email support@suspensionscan.com within 14 days of buying, from the address you bought with. We refund the full amount. You do not have to explain, though we would like to know what was missing.

How the money comes back

Polar, our merchant of record, took the payment, so Polar sends the refund to the card or method you paid with. It usually shows within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

What a refund does not depend on

Whether Google reinstates your store. We never promise reinstatement, and you can have a refund either way.
