Who we are

Suspension Scan is run by Geary Works, 1380 Rio Rancho Blvd SE #470, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87124, USA. Write to support@suspensionscan.com.

What the scan does

You give us a store address. We read that store’s public pages, the ones any shopper can open, and list things that commonly lead Google Merchant Center to suspend a store for “misrepresentation”. We never sign in to your store and never change anything.

What the scan is not

It is our reading of your public pages, not a decision by Google. We are not affiliated with Google or Shopify. We cannot lift a suspension, we do not promise that fixing what we list will get you reinstated, and a clean result does not mean Google will approve your store. Some pages cannot be read by a scanner; when that happens we say “could not check” and do not guess. Nothing here is legal advice.

Only scan stores you may scan

Scan your own store, or a store whose owner asked you to. Do not use the scanner to load or attack someone else’s site, and do not run it from scripts. We limit how often one visitor can scan, and we may block abuse.

Paying for a full report

The free scan shows the most serious findings. When the full report is on sale it is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Payments are handled by Polar, our reseller and merchant of record: Polar takes the payment, charges any sales tax and sends your receipt. See Refunds.

Our responsibility to you

We work hard to make the report accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything connected with Suspension Scan is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Your decisions about your store, and your appeal to Google, are yours.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change we will change the date at the top. They are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
